INARI OMAKASE

INARI OMAKASE, İstanbul'da butik bir Japon omakase deneyimidir. Mekân; koyu ahşap, washi kâğıdı paneller ve sıkı kontrol edilen masa aydınlatmasından kurulu, fotoğraflanmak için değil, içinde yaşanmak için tasarlanmış bir iç mekân. Brief şuydu: bu deneyimi, içeri hiç adım atmamış biri için yeniden kurmak.

INARI OMAKASE is a boutique Japanese omakase experience in Istanbul. The space is built from dark timber, washi paper panels and tightly controlled table lighting, an interior designed to be lived in, not photographed. The brief: reconstruct that experience for someone who has never set foot inside.

Mekân düşük ışıklı, kontrastı yüksekti. Mum ışığının sıcaklığıyla mutfağın soğuk çeliği çoğu kez aynı kareye düşüyordu. Geniş açılar mekânı olduğundan büyük gösteriyor, dar açılar derinliği siliyordu; güçlü bir flaş ise restoranın kendi ışığının dokusunu bozardı.

Low light, high contrast. The candlelit warmth of the dining moment sat in the same frame as the cold steel of the kitchen. Wide lenses inflate the space; tight lenses kill its depth. Heavy flash would have stripped the natural texture of the restaurant's light entirely.

Mekânın kendi ışığı birincil kaynak olarak korundu. Dolgu en aza indirildi, atmosferi düzleştirmeden gölge detayını tutacak kadar. Çekim, servis ritmine göre sıralandı: önce boş geometri, ortada detaylar, en son atmosfer. Post-prodüksiyonda yapay zekâ destekli gürültü azaltma, yüksek ISO'nun grenini mekâna ait bir dokuya dönüştürdü.

The space's own light was kept as the primary source. Fill was minimal, just enough to hold shadow detail without flattening the mood. The shoot was sequenced around the service rhythm: empty geometry first, details through the middle, atmosphere last. In post, AI-assisted noise reduction turned the grain of high ISO into texture that belongs to the space.
